An eccentric shaft has one or more features positioned away from the main rotational centerline. This geometry allows the shaft to create controlled offset movement and is used in various mechanical mechanisms.
For these parts, the relationship between the main shaft centerline and eccentric feature is particularly important. Bzc-precision can produce custom eccentric shafts using CNC turning and additional machining operations where required.
Materials can include stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass and other materials depending on the application. Surface finishing and heat treatment can also be considered where required by the drawing.
