The valve body forms the main housing of a valve and contains the internal passages, ports and interfaces required for fluid control. Machining accuracy around the ports, bores and sealing surfaces is important to the final valve assembly.
Valve bodies can be manufactured from brass, stainless steel, bronze and other materials depending on pressure, fluid compatibility, corrosion resistance and operating conditions.
For OEM valve manufacturers, we can machine valve bodies from drawings or samples. CNC turning, milling, drilling and threading can be combined to produce complex valve-body geometries and accurate connection interfaces.
